BERLIN, August 20, 2009 – World Sport Destination Expo (WSDE), ‘The Global Market Place for Sport Tourism’ co-located alongside next year’s FIFA 2010 World Cup in Johannesburg has announced free registration and VIP access to all AIPS Members.
The exclusive deal, orchestrated by AIPS President Gianni Merlo, means that each pre-registered AIPS member will gain complimentary access to WSDE as well as an “All Access” pass to the VIP Sports Lounge operating round the clock from June 11 – July 11, 2010.
WSDE will provide the ultimate market place for sport tourism – some 50,000 visitors are expected, including the leading decision-makers from sport and tourism as they congregate in Johannesburg ahead of the final match of FIFA 2010.
The VIP Sports Lounge will be the 2010 FIFA World Cup’s place to meet, relax, eat and drink all while watching all the action from the World Cup live on specially commissioned cinema screens which will also show all other live sporting events happening during the World Cup month.
WSDE and the VIP Sports Lounge will be staged at the Sandton Convention Centre in Johannesburg, at the heart of the 2010 FIFA World Cup’s business, media and hotel district.
